Palm Secure, Use of Blood Vessels for "Absent"

Fujitsu Systems Indonesia introduced a product called the Palm Secure. This machine can perform user identification with the palm of the hand, without a touch. The machine was claimed to be better than fingerprint-based machines are already widely used.

Country Manager of Platform Product Fujitsu Indonesia Raymond Ferdowsi explains, these machines perform geometric sensor on the flow of blood that is in the palm of the hands of users. One of its application, the machine can diapakai for a system of "absentee / Presence" in the offices.

Palm Secure attendance machines can be used for hospital agencies, security services, government, finance or banking industry, manufacturing, retail, or education. This product is already in use among certain banks in Brazil, Japan, and Vietnam. In Singapore, there are those who use it as a key when entering the room (door access). This product is priced at 1,000 U.S. dollars.
