Apple Failed Block Samsung Galaxy in the U.S.

Apple wasn't able to convince the U.S. courts to block the Samsung Galaxy. In the district court in San Jose, Calif., Lucy Koh judge rejected the petition Apple to block the Samsung in the U.S..

This is somewhat different from the decision in Australia to extend the ban on circulation for the latest Samsung Galaxy Tab in the land of the Kangaroo's.
